So on Saturday night, I went to a fantastic little event situated in Manchester's Northern Quarter. The atmosphere was buzzing. A mixture of music lovers, cocktail and beer drinkers, and cool eclectic people all looking for good food, good socializing, and good vibes. For the next eight weeks, #UpInYourGrill will be happening situated in one of Manchester's old cotton mills dating back all the way to the late 1800s and it will be buzzing.

The sun was shining, the music was unique and the food was ace. A mixture of different restaurants serving different food including Solita's, Viet Shack, Bottle Bar, and Hungry Hombres, serving everything from tacos, fish & chips, burgers, pulled pork, Indiana naan sliders, and of course the classic pizza. Situated with three small locations to eat, chill and be merry including an outside food area where everyone was socializing, a bar where everyone was buying beer and cocktails, and even a cool seating area which at night turned into a dance area.

So if you're free on Friday/Saturday night and find yourself with nothing to do: whilst you've got the chance, get yourself to The Northern Quarter over the next eight weeks for this fantastic little event, who knows, we may even bump into each other there, as I certainly will be popping down for another cheeky cocktail . . or two!
